Delta Cement Production Company Ltd. is a private sector enterprise operating under an investment authorization from the Kurdistan Regional Government - Iraq since 2006. The company's state-of-the-art cement plant, constructed by Sinoma (a Chinese company), commenced operations in 2014. Strategically located on the Sulaimani-Kirkuk Road in Bazian, Sulaymaniyah, our plant benefits from excellent connectivity, enabling efficient product delivery across Iraq. Following the integration of Karbala Cement into the Delta Cement family, the facility now boasts an annual production capacity of 7 million tons. Delta Cement produces high-quality cement in five main variants:

Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) - CEM I 42.5 R (1)

Al-Kharasana - CEM II/A-L 42.5 R (Portland Limestone Cement)

Al-Jabal - Portland Limestone Cement CEM II/B-L 42.5 N

Sulphate resisting cement (SRC) - CEM I 42.5R-SR 3.5

Ordinary Portland Cement - Super Blaine (SBC) - CEM I 52.5 R

The company serves a diverse clientele, including block factories, ready-mixed concrete companies, infrastructure and oil projects, and individual home builders, distributing its products throughout Iraq via a wide network of distribution agents and direct sales.
