Packing Types

Delta Cement supplies both in Bag and Bulk:

Bagged Cement

It is transported with bags 50Kg each through flat truck. All packaging should be waterproof to prevent moisture absorption. Primarily used in places without mixing stations or storage bins. This method creates a lot of dust and can be harmful to humans, and Delta Cement company always recommends having the safety equipment ready

Bulk Cement

Bulk cement is transported without packaging in specialized bulk tankers, ensuring efficient, large-scale delivery directly to batching plants, silos, or construction sites equipped with cement storage systems. This method is ideal for high-volume projects and locations with proper handling infrastructure.
Transporting cement in bulk minimizes product loss, reduces dust emissions, and eliminates the need for manual handling of bags—making it a safer and more environmentally friendly option.

General recommendations:

Mixing:

-Use the raw materials according to standards
-The best way of mixing the constituents is to use the batching plant. For hand mixing concrete, we recommend using wheelbarrow or bucket to measure the quantities
-Water the concrete for 3 days to avoid cracking
-Cover the surface with canvas or plastic cover to reduce the evaporation of water from the concrete surface

Water:

Use clean water for mixing and watering.
